Most therapy sessions will go toward your deductible or co-insurance.

Private Pay Rates

Speech Therapy • $125/hour

Occupational Therapy • $125/hour

Physical Therapy • $125/hour

Developmental Therapy • $70/hour

Midwest Children’s Therapy bills insurance or offers private pay rates. MCT is currently in network with BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield); BCBS CAT; UHC (United Healthcare); UHC CAT - speech therapy only; Health Alliance; Tricare; HumanaOther insurances are billed as out-of-network.

MOST THERAPY SESSIONS WILL GO TOWARD YOUR DEDUCTIBLE OR CO-INSURANCE.

All patients are urged to verify their benefits and coverage with their insurance plan to determine whether services will be covered with in-network or out-of-network benefits.
